At Simone Pérèle International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your lingerie or swimwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and hygiene seals intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
